Human Resources
• Support with Onboarding activities for new staff
• Handle general enquiries
• Access and use work processing computer packages and keep up to date with enhancements to latest upgrades
• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co- operate with them
• Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization
• Take dictation of correspondence as required
• Support with Recruitment activities, including: job posting, screening, interviewing, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
• Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
Training
• Manage and maintain in- house training facilities and equipment
• Track and report on training outcomes
• Research training suppliers and materials as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelines
• Manage training materials stipulated by regulations.
• Maintain employee training records
• Order supplies for training and training department as needed.
• Co- ordinate and organize the scheduling of training, including liaison with internal subject matter experts, training providers, venue co- ordination, training materials preparation, sending out of joining instructions and course evaluation management
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
Events & Internal Communications
• Manage internal communication channel including Notice board, Lotte one spirit fan page
• Perform other HR- related duties as being assigned
• Contribute content to internal communication channels
• Implement PR activities
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with associates

- Human Resources Management / Hospitality education is preferred.
- Multi- tasking, hard- working and quick mindset & action.
- Good English in both communication & writing skills.
- Sound Microsoft office, software & device usage.
- At least 3 months internship commitment.
