Learn positions in the reception department

Learn and receive guidance on tasks related to reception by Front Office Supervisor and Assistant Front Desk Manager

Housekeeping:

Carry out valet service when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry others

Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards

Cleaning and maintains guest rooms, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures

Build and maintain positive relationship with all internal customer

Food & Beverage:

Preparing service equipment and materials

Support Food and Beverage team

Assistant with table preparation

Preparing buffet service

Set up of functions, food and beverage equipment, minibar operations, assistant with the preparation of service

Kitchen:

Trained and instructed to perform tasks as assigned by the head chef

Support to process materials

Talent & Culture:

Support day- to- day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner

Finance:

Purchasing:Supporting the Purchasing sub- department in the day- to- day purchasing functions

Support respective Finance sections: Document filing, Data input.

Recreation:

Assist in the operations of the swimming pool and beach activitiesreception, thermal areas and whenever possible for spa guests and colleagues.

Good command in Communication
Good attitude and hard working
