Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees at all levels. This role involves coordinating with technical trainers, developing training materials, supporting HR projects, and ensuring continuous improvement in the training processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Orientation and Refreshing Programs:
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and refreshing courses for existing staff to ensure up- to- date knowledge and skills.
Soft Skills Training:
Develop and manage soft skills training programs for various levels, including:
Train the Trainer Programs
Middle Management
Manager Levels
Supervisors
Audit Work:
Oversee the auditing of training processes and materials to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Performance Development Review (PDR) Goal Setting:
Assist in setting PDR goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Workplace Learning Programs (WLP) and Structured Skills Training (SST):
Manage and coordinate WLP/SST programs to enhance workplace learning.
Coordinate Technical Training Programs:
Work with technical trainers to develop and implement training programs at the AAMT training center.Ensure the Operators (Sewer) Skill Inventory Program is conducted annually.
E- Learning Platform Development:
Build and manage E- learning platforms and develop online training modules to support digital learning initiatives.
Monitor Training Conduction:
Oversee the delivery of training courses, ensuring appropriate teaching methods are used.Consult with invited speakers to provide guidance on training methods.
Training Materials Preparation:
Prepare and continuously update training materials to comply with buyers’ and legal requirements.
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager, including but not limited to:
