Job objectives:
Responsible for partnering with other related business stakeholders to implement L&D strategy/initiatives in order to increase Employee’s Productivity & Promote Health & Well- being Culture to support the sustainable growth of business.
To support the Learning & Development Manager in the effective delivery of the overall L&D strategy, including learning and organization effectiveness to develop a competitive workforce. The job holder will identify development needs, design, create and deliver blended solutions across the organization at every level to ensure the workforce effectiveness for excellent operation.
Key responsibilities:
Corporate Learning & Development Management
Implementing training needs analysis, planning, conducting, and following up after training in order to strengthen employees’ soft skills based on Competency Framework, Performance Assessment and Organization Development needs.
Deliver a tailored Employee Onboarding program that embodies MOVI’s culture and equip new hire with a full overview of the company and related functional departments.
Career Planning Management
Develop and manage the career planning program. Create and update primary and auxiliary career progression paths. Arrange career planning sessions with employees.
Cultural Development Management
Develop and manage the cultural development program. Update cultural development plans, arrange workshops and analyze performance.
Co- ordinate in organize employee activities and events: company events, year- end party, etc.
Performance Management
Assists in the development of regulations, policies, and documents related to the establishment of objectives and the assessment of individual performance.
Participate in the implementation of individual performance measurements across the company.
E- learning
Develop learning content and follow- up activities on the e- learning platform, keep it updated and interactive.
Administration
Monitor training costs to ensure a budget is not exceeded
Provide assistance and administrative support in the planning, organization, and implementation of training
Oversee the logistics and administration of the training events
Vendor management
Reporting and Analysis
