Transportation Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for a Transportation Coordinator (Manufacturing,$1000, ID19797).

Support freight cost validation and perform invoice verification to ensure accuracy.
Maintain accurate transportation data within the Transportation Management (TM) system.
Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
Arrange shipment bookings with freight forwarders and trucking service providers.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily inbound and outbound transportation activities to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments including Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, Customs Brokerage, and Finance.
Act as the primary contact point for all transportation- related matters.
Coordinate closely with global teams and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Prepare periodic transportation reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
Track transportation KPIs and evaluate freight forwarder performance.
Support Transportation Analysts in continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare, review, and verify transportation documents such as Bills of Lading, Arrival Notices, and Invoices.
Monitor shipment status and proactively manage delays, exceptions, and potential risks.

Fluent in English.
Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP is preferred).
Having 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain within manufacturing companies, with hands- on experience in sea freight and air freight operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
Male/Female. Under 45 years old.
