We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. The Teaching Assistant will provide essential support to teachers and students, contributing to the smooth functioning of the classroom and enhancing the learning experience for all students. Teaching:

Be responsible for Business English classes.
Classroom Support:
Monitor student progress and behavior, offering encouragement and guidance where necessary.
Provide one- on- one support to students as needed, including those with special needs or learning difficulties.
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for IELTS classes.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
Assist in grading assignments, tests, and homework.

Student Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting academic excellence and positive behavior.
Encourage student participation and facilitate group activities.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff members to coordinate classroom activities and events.
Communicate effectively with students regarding progress and any concerns that may arise.

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Previous experience working in other English centers or in an educational setting is desirable.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred. Or currently 3rd or 4th student from: University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS), Ha Noi Foreign Trade University (FTU), Hanoi National University of Education(HNUE) or student of the English department of other universities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
Ability to follow directions and work independently when necessary.
IELTS 6.5+
