WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are looking for a Vendor & Platform Operation Coordinator who can also provide executive- level support to senior stakeholders.
This role combines platform operations coordination, vendor follow- up, and executive assistance, requiring strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior stakeholders with daily coordination and follow- ups
Join vendor or stakeholder meetings and provide summaries when required
Monitor platform operations (Web & App) from a business perspective
Coordinate with technical vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items
Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders, vendors, and partners
Log, track, and prioritize system and user issues
Track progress, validate fixes, and provide clear status reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Good understanding of web/app platforms from a business- user perspective
Professional communication style and stakeholder management skills
Excellent follow- up, organization, and multitasking abilities
High sense of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Experience in operations coordination, executive assistant, project coordination, or similar roles
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable working with flexible schedules and international stakeholders
