FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBO):
The Assistant to CEO provides high- level executive, administrative, and project management support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and HR. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO, facilitates communication between the CEO and senior management, manages executive outreach and external relations, and oversees special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Monitor and supervise progress related to human resources and company budget, including tracking expenditures, ensuring compliance, and providing recommendations.
Prepare regular performance reports for the CEO, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
Represent the CEO and make decisions within delegated authority, or act on behalf of the CEO in their absence, including attending meetings, making commitments, and communicating decisions to relevant parties.
Disseminate and ensure implementation of the CEO&039;s directives to relevant departments, including communicating instructions, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
Manage and prioritize tasks as directed by the CEO, including but not limited to: managing the CEO&039;s calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
