Handle monthly Payments Process
Assist with event planning and implementation (Tet, Mid- Autumn, Christmas...)
Record and resolve all Customer/Tenant complaints promptly and effectively
Follow up Contract Process with customers/contractors/suppliers...
Responsible for the daily operations of the lobby area, serving as a connector between Customer/Tenant and Building Management Team
Manage mails, letters, parcels,... and distribute correspondence

Building Management

Implement and monitor the operation of issued Building process
Manage suppliers if any (Plants, Anti- insect, Construction... services)
Be in charge of parking arrangement
Control everyday visitors, guests,...; register for contractors; record information in daily work via check list and report
Other tasks from the Building Management Board.
Be responsible for work schedules and quality of internal Cleaners, Security Guards and Technical engineers

Basic English communication
Excellent communication, negociation and problem- solving skills
Supportive, dynamic, proactive and hardworking.
Good at managing data & information
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Have a professionally polite & friendly appearance and behaviour
At least 2 years of experience in Building/Office/Contractor Management

Salary Range: 9- 12 million VND (Gross)
Allowance: 300k for monthly phone fee
