Perform tasks and tasks as requested by the CEO
Answer phone calls and messages to relevant parties, handle emails when needed.
Participate and record meeting content.
Receive and implement instructions from the director to departments and divisions.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Teamwork, carefulness, meticulousness, and a desire to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Excel, etc.).
Ability to calculate and update data accurately.
Communicate fluently in English (Listening & Speaking skills are priority)
Fast, flexible, enthusiastic in work
