Location: 131 Lê Duẩn, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội
Position Purpose
The Purchasing Intern will support the Finance team in monitoring maintenance contracts, verifying purchasing documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between properties and the Cluster office.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
The Management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary, at any point of time during her / his employment
Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with company policies.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Support in checking and verifying delivery notes and receiving documents submitted by properties to the Cluster.
Assist in reviewing and monitoring maintenance contracts and related operational documents across all properties.

Strong sense of responsibility, self- motivation, and proactive learning attitude.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Basic numerical and computational ability.
Good interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with all levels of team members.
Qualification
University student or recent graduate majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields.
