Working time: by shift (44 hours/week)
Location: KOHNAN JAPAN stores in HCM (discuss in the interview)

Ensure display, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly and fully implemented according to company standards.
Coordinate functional departments to implement pricing policies, promotions, product displays,...
Market research and development.
Disseminate and implement the company&039;s business strategy. Acting as a bridge to connect the company, customers and suppliers.
Plan and implement business development plans at supermarkets to strongly promote sales, revenue, and market expansion.
Manage sales and profits, ensure effective operations to meet set sales targets.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
Maintain and plan to develop customer frequency and purchasing power.
Manage supermarket activities to enhance brand, assets and create a professional, friendly and civilized working environment.
Build and allocate work targets for each individual and team in charge at the supermarket to achieve assigned goals.
Organize, manage, and be responsible for business results and all activities of the supermarket.
Manage supermarkets, inventory; Develop plans to prevent goods loss.

Education: College and above
Experience:- Experience in retail is a must.- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.- Intermediate level of English or Japanese.- Having business, customer care and merchandise display skills is an advantage.

Basic salary: 12.000.000- 22.000.000 (gross)
Other allowances besides salary: Meals, Transportation (calculated based on distance from home to work).
