40% Store Operations Management
Regularly inspect and maintain high- quality product displays, ensuring a professional and visually appealing showroom that attracts customers.
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of showroom employees.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to update trends and enhance the store layout.
Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels and timely replenishments.
Ensured the store remained clean and organized and displayed products according to brand standards.
20% Customer Service
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
20% Sales Management
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
10% Human Resource Management
Recruit, train, and develop a strong in- store team.
Evaluate employee performance and motivate staff to achieve goals.
20% Cross- Department Collaboration
Full participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as required by law.
