ROLE OVERVIEWThe Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the outbound sales team to ensure the successful execution of cold- calling campaigns and lead generation strategies. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by optimizing processes, coaching team members, and implementing innovative solutions that align with company goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Process Optimization:Design and optimize cold- calling scripts, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.Implement technology solutions, such as CRM systems, to streamline team operations.
Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and manage the outbound sales team to achieve and exceed KPIs.- Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high- performing team.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Serve as the point of escalation for client concerns or complex negotiations.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Execution:- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to meet revenue targets.- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities.- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align outbound efforts with broader company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:- Proven B2B sales experience (3+ yrs) managing corporate and key accounts, with a track record of consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.- Strong expertise in cold- calling, lead generation, and account development.- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a sales team to excel in a dynamic, competitive environment.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities, execute account plans, and optimize sales performance.- Hands- on expertise with CRM systems and sales analytics tools, including training and guiding teams.- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).- Comfortable working in a fast- paced, international, and multicultural environment, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
