- Conduct regular audits of service centers and assess compliance with service SOPs.- Identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement initiatives.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to service centers.- Work closely with the Training and Operations team to refine processes.* Department Interactions:- Service Centers: Enforce quality guidelines.- Training Team: Identify skill gaps for improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience in quality control or technical service auditing.- Strong analytical skills and understanding of servicing SOPs.- Experience in process improvement and compliance monitoring.- Familiarity with audit methodologies, root cause analysis, and reporting tools.
