Job Description:
Coordinate with the accounting department to account for salaries, bonuses, and insurance for employees.
Prepare the human resources budget.
Develop and nurture the team of employees in the administrative human resources department.
Recommend the organizational structure and operation of the company&039;s human resources department.
Propose measures to address company policy violations within the scope of administrative personnel management.
Regularly plan recruitment, training, and human resource development for the company.
Develop job descriptions for each position and department.
Develop labor regulations, system of rules, procedures, and regulations for the company and monitor compliance with these regulations.
Advise the CEO on human resources management, organizational structure, staffing arrangements, training and recruitment, salary regulations, bonuses, employee welfare policies, and building corporate culture.
Support other departments in personnel management, training, recruitment, and administrative work.
Strategize human resources and recruitment plans in line with the company&039;s development needs.
Manage and oversee administrative human resources tasks within the company.
Develop and cultivate corporate culture.
Manage and oversee the work of employees in the department to ensure the completion of departmental goals, functions, and tasks.
Organize and manage other administrative activities such as: arranging work trips, document storage, assisting in organizing meetings, seminars, and internal company events.
Establish salary, bonus, welfare policies, and employee benefits.
Collaborate with department heads to develop personnel evaluation criteria and career development programs for company employees.
