Recruitment duties (60%)
- Responsible for recruiting expatriate personnel for Atlantic Group (AG) as well as all Academic and teaching positions for supplementary in- school programs , 5S in- school program (IELTS, primary & secondary), and Cambridge International program.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to all business lines.
- Screen CVs to shortlist the qualified candidates for the right position and coordinate with line managers to arrange interview as per recruitment procedure of Atlantic.
- Prepare and manage effectiveness of internal and external job advertisements including career sites, e- recruitment channels or offline sourcing channels to promote Atlantic employment opportunities.
- Prepare and send Offer Package/Contract for successful candidates.
- Build up and monitor a Teacher Recruitment information system which include data/information on- going update, accessibility and sharing to related parties.
- Build up various effective teacher sources (Vietnam & overseas). Coordinate on job designing/job marketing. Monitor recruitment/selection process and provide support to other team members to guarantee internal timely services.
Visa & Work permit (10%)- Be a key person to provide guidance to employees about the procedure for visa and work permit application process and provide support to them when necessary.
Payroll (20%)
- HR transaction and inquiries in benefits and payrolls preparation and payment process.
- In charge of monthly staff leave and attendance record for payroll purpose.- In charge of doing monthly payroll for expat employees and respond to their questions (if any).
Welfare (10%)
- Provide ongoing support to teachers on their welfare issues.
- Coordinator on and update market/competitors’ package information, make sound suggestions to changes/revisions of teaching contract/package.
- Serve as link between company and employees by handling questions, resolving employee relation issues and all work- related concerns.
- In charge of doing employee labor contracts, getting them renewed in due time.
- Directly involve in disciplinary cases, following disciplinary procedures.
