UA Marketing Specialist (Upto $5000)

Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging and ensure high- impact executions.
Plan, execute, and scale data- driven User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across mobile ad networks: Applovin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Mintegral, IronSource, and more.
Stay ahead of mobile ad tech trends and quickly adapt to changes in platform algorithms, bidding models, and audience behaviors.
Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Monitor and optimize UA campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to extract growth insights from performance data.
2+ YOE in performance marketing, focusing on user acquisition objectives in Applovin, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other ad networks for eCommerce / App, Games.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Familiarity with tracking & attribution tools
Experience in e- commerce or D2C growth is a plus
A growth mindset and performance- driven approach — always testing, learning, and iterating.
