Main Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
Review UI/UX of features after development team finish implementation
Create and maintain design system and design roadmap for team
Revamping, standardizing and optimizing current user experience flow of applications
Create user flows, wireframe, low fidelity design, high fidelity design if necessary
Conduct user research to validate design concept for important user flows
Additional:
Report to: Head of Product / Centre director
Participate in 1- 1 reviews with line manager for progress reporting and feedback and career development
Actively work with cross functional development team to help review and develop application
Participate in community group’s activities to research recent technology, sharing knowledge between members in team
Coaching junior designer and development team about UI/UX
Optionally provide support for other departments if necessary
Contribute to team documents including (technical documents, detailed design documents, process- related documents, onboarding documents…)
Job interaction and interface
Actively work with Product managers / Product owners to discuss design, verify and prototype UX
Job Requirement
Problem solving mindset, good time management skill
A strong UI/UX portfolio to show case the experience

4- 7 years of experience in UI/UX design roles
Drive for learning new approaches and techniques
Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.
Professional effectiveness / Soft skills
Able to read English documents
Can do attitude, hands- on work and try best to help team meet the results
Proficient in graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative suite, etc)
Prerequisites
Relevant degree in design field
Strong experience with prototyping web application (from low fidelity to high fidelity)
Have experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum methodology
