UI/UX Designer (English Fluent)

Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve designs
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
Maintain and Evolve Design Systems and Style Guides
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms
Technical Insights and Recommendations
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to optimize the performance and usability of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve design- related technical issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
- Develop agile documentation and improve current processes
Self- Development
- Achieve minimum scoring of Annual Regulatory Seminar
- Regular knowledge sharing and learning outcome
- Attend relevant training

Education and License Requirements
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
- Basic knowledge of back- end technologies and frameworks is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast- paced, agile environment
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of front- end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design
- Essential: Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design projects
