UI/UX Designer

Mature and evolve the notion of framework by collaborating with other leads to form a cohesive offering across products.
Leverage principle contributors to explore concept development to influence product, a point- of- view around user scenario, and product commitments.
Defend Mobile products, brand promise, and its unique value prop amid an interlaced relationship with Samsung&039;s master brand.
Work across programs to define, maintain, and evolve the tools, processes, and communication around asset management.
Collaborate with and develop mutual respect and trust with Engineers and other Designers.
Work with engineering team as a core part of the design process.

Minimum Qualifications

Effective core interaction design skills to solve complex user flows, visually organize complex data, and build cohesive design frameworks.
Command of layout and information hierarchy.
~3 years of industry experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Design, Human- Computer Interaction, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.

Preferred Qualifications

A portfolio that demonstrates ~3 years of experience in leading the development of User Experience (UX) framework and design systems which resulted in successful product launches at scale.
Collaboration and communication skills to lead critical and complex efforts across Engineering and other UX teams.
Strong point of view on creative ideas and ability to promote conceptual thinking among team.
Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch).
Self- motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively.
Experience with Android and iOS design.
