UI/UX Designer (Senior Level)

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer Lead who can both contribute hands- on to product design and take ownership of guiding a small design team. This role requires strong expertise in UX/UI (4+ years) and at least 1 year of proven experience leading or mentoring designers.
Responsibilities
• Stay up- to- date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Lead and mentor a small design team, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
• Validate design solutions with stakeholders and the development team to ensure technical feasibility and product fit.
• Design wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs that address both user needs and business requirements.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross- functional stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.

Requirements
• Strong ability to conduct user research, identify pain points, and translate insights into effective design solutions.
• 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring a small design team.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Adobe illustrator
• Strong communication skills in English, with experience collaborating directly with foreign managers or stakeholders.
• 4+ years of hands- on experience in UX/UI design.
Nice- to- Have Skills
• Motion design or micro- interaction animation experience.
• Experience with Web3, DeFi, or NFT product design.
