UI/UX Designer

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX designer, you will work closely with product managers, front- end developers to craft sensible UI and consistent UX that accommodate our business objectives. Your expertise in UI & UX design will play a crucial role in shaping our products, delivering exceptional user experiences and maintaining product brand identity.
Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with developers and testers to ensure quality and design consistency of the final product or service.
Collaborate with product owners and front- end developers to develop clean, maintainable, and well- managed DSM. Consistently improve UI design processes such as user research, visual and brand design, communication design, user experience, user interaction and DSM.
Collaborate with product owners to define and deliver high- quality designs, by translating requests from business team and other stakeholders into functional and emotional UX.
Actively manage and lead your “design kingdom” around your design and its connection to users, also provide feedbacks to product team, business team, and developers for product improvement.
Participate in UT or UAT sessions to gain better understanding of user responses to your designs.

Your portfolio is required as part of recruitment process for this position. We recommend that the portfolio demonstrates your thinking process, exploration, and design perspective behind your work.
Bachelor&039;s degree in any field is welcomed.
Solid understanding about product development process with mindset about product deliverable.
Ability to work independently.
Strong proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure RP or alternatives.
Good communication and collaboration.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
Solid understanding of functional, emotional and feasible aspects of UI design, encompassing both the big picture and attention to detail to connect the relationships within the complexities of overall designs.

Nice to have

Ability to conduct R&D from design perspective.
Can communicate in English.
Experience working on CRM or SaaS projects.
Ability to optimize UI & UX performance during code- based production process.

Interview Process (Offline):

1st round: CV and Portfolio Screening
2nd round: Interview with Product Managers (30 minutes – 1 hour)
3nd round: Interview with General Manager for further discussion about the position and company culture.(1 hour)
