UI/UX Designer

Testing and QA: Collaborate with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the integrity of the user interface.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and end users. Iterate on designs based on feedback to refine the user interface.
UI Animation and Microinteractions: Utilise animation and microinteractions to enhance the user experience and bring interfaces to life, creating delightful and engaging interactions.
User Interface Design: Design and create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for websites and applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across different devices and platforms.
Stay Up- to- Date: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in UI design. Continuously improve and evolve design processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Responsive Design: Develop responsive designs that adapt to different screen sizes and devices, ensuring a seamless and optimised experience for users on desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure design implementation aligns with business objectives.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Education: Certification in UI Design, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile application design guidelines is essential.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure design consistency and accuracy throughout the development process.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and demonstrating your ability to design visually appealing and user- friendly interfaces for websites and applications.
Experience: Proven work experience as a UI Designer or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience designing interfaces for websites and applications. Experience in Mobile app UI design & Design System is a plus.
UX Design Knowledge: Familiarity with user- centered design methodologies and best practices. Experience working collaboratively with UX designers and conducting user research is advantageous.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is a plus.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and push the boundaries of UI design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
