[Unilever] Site Quality Lead

Main Job Purpose:
Site Quality Lead role works within Quality Business Units Group organisation focused on the implementation and compliance to Unilever’s Quality Management System (QMS) & GMP in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements. The role will also need to lead the quality team within the site, ensure quality right first time of innovation and drive the quality improvement within the site.
This role will be reporting direct line to Country Q Manager and dotted line to Sourcing Unit Director Cu Chi.
Main Responsibilities.
- Deploys UL Quality strategy, governance, and goals through Category specific projects and targets.
- Responsible for the implementation of Quality Culture within the factory and compliance to the Quality Management System, Unilever GMP standards, Specification and local regulatory requirements.
- Validate Raw material Supplier
- Establish HACCP plan and CCP, QCP. Ensure Quality Compliance are implemented in shopfloor
- Manage and provide leadership for factory quality teams to perform their roles and responsibilities and support factory operations.
- Ensures quality processes are implemented for all innovations & changes to ensure Quality right first time.
- Provides expertise, leadership, and support in Quality management for resolution of Quality issues.
- Solve issue related to raw material and manufacturing incident
- Drive quality improvement through audits, data analysis, workshops, and toolkits both internally (within the site) and externally (supplier, 3Party warehouses)
Perform C&D validation following hygiene plan
- Drive & Lead UMS Quality Pillar in the site
