Urgently - Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing Company)

Work together with company executives to comprehend their goals.
Serves as a crucial point of contact for P&T and company executives, guaranteeing efficient communication and HR program execution.
Talent acquisition:

Work together with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and make sure that open positions are filled on schedule.
Involves overseeing the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Create and preserve connections with colleges, hiring organizations, and other talent sources.

Performance Management:

Coach and assist managers and staff in resolving performance- related concerns.
Create and carry out plans for performance improvement as necessary.
Establish and supervise the entire process of performance management, which include goal- setting and performance reviews.

Learning and Development:

Encourage staff career development programs
Determine the need for training and organize initiatives for that purpose.
Lead training sessions or, if needed, arrange for other trainers.

Payroll:

Compiling and timely processing of all monthly deviations;-
Reporting metrics and variations in headcount each month.
Handle all paid time off in compliance with the law.
Finish all of the internal policy administration duties.
Compiling the payroll each month;
Management of absences (holidays and sick leave).

Compliance:
