User Acquisition

We are looking for
User Acquisition
to join our team. Your main responsibility will be:

Do market research for creative ideation and product improvement
Analyze & optimize ASO on both iOS & Android, familiar with using Google Play Store, doing A/B test, ASO Keyword & drawing insights
Work on big budget projects
Manage user acquisition app campaigns via multi ad networks
Focus on reaching highly engaged users by analyzing multi layers (campaigns, ad group, site id,..) to optimize ROAS and achieve KPI on revenue & profit
Work directly with partner from Google/ Facebook/ Search Ads/ Tiktok;
Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth work flow and performance
Work closely with Customer Service to scale up & collect user insights, push notifications and do personalization for users

Experience in market analyze and report data
Proficient in English communication (especially speaking and writing skill)
1 years of experience
Have knowledge and proficient at Firebase tracking system ( or experience with Appsflyer/ Big Query) is an advantage;

Salary:
100% salary during probation
13th- month salary
Salary review at least one time per year based on employee&039;s performance and contribution
