UX Designer

Teko is looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our development team. As a UX Designer at Teko, you will:

Design user flows and wireframes.
Work closely with the product team to identify objectives.
Determine the information architecture of a digital product.
Maintain design systems
Create prototypes.
Validate design by user testing.
Support other tasks as requested by the manager
Present design ideas to the larger team in a clear and organized fashion.
Create user personas, journey maps.
Conduct user research, market research,...
Develop a clear design plan which fits the team&039;s timeline.

Contribute to all aspects of design including requirement defining, user research, workflow diagramming, detailed design, development of use cases and scenarios, and engineering support
Produce clear, user- centric design across mobile, desktop, web, and hardware endpoints
Endless curiosity about people, technology, design, and life
Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Balsamiq, Mockingbot, Draw.io, etc.)
Experience interacting with clients and the ability to speak about your work with passion and data
Experienced in Design Thinking process for technology products.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
Demonstrated skills in creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables
Critical- thinking and problem- solving skills
Being proactive in all aspects
Partner closely with developers, and product team to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, and market dynamics
