UX Designer

Present design results to clients. Update and report on the progress of assigned work to the company&039;s management.
Conduct user research and analysis to design optimal user experiences (UX) for products (websites, mobile apps, software, etc.).
Research market trends, learn about new technologies and fields to understand user needs and behaviors on digital products.
Evaluate and propose improvements to the UX design process for client projects.
Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements for the design functionality.
Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to improve UX.
Collaborate with other departments such as programming and testing to ensure effective UX implementation.
Evaluate, advise, and implement design options to optimize the experience for projects of domestic and foreign clients.
Develop documents such as Sitemap, Flowchart, Userflow, Wireframe, etc. to serve the process of building and improving the user experience for the project.

Your skills & qualifications

Graduation from design/technology- related majors is an advantage.
Number of vacancies: 2 UX Designers (1 Senior and 1 Middle).
Experience working in user experience research and improvement environments for digital products involved in UX design implementation for client projects in technology, finance or related industries.
A deep understanding of UX design principles and methods
Years of experience: from 1 years for Middle and from 4 years for Senior.

Skills:

Proficient in design software such as Figma, FigJam
Good communication and presentation skill
Ability to listen, understand, and communicate in English is an advantage
Ability to read, understand, and analyze data and project documents
