UX Designer

Role overview:
As a Designer, you will be responsible for working on user- centric digital experiences across our multiple applications. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers, to find user- centric solutions. Your expertise in user experience design, research, and strategy is needed as part of our design team. You will be part of a skilled group of Designers who work with a dedicated design process and collaborate with Developers.
Key responsibilities:

Create and maintain, journey maps, use cases, statements, and other documentation
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create not just hi- fidelity mockups, but sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes as well
Participate in the UX design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Work closely with Developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs

Excellent communication and collaboration skills (team player).
Ability to think strategically and solve design challenges.
Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and evaluation techniques
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
Fluent in English
2- 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio focusing on your design process more than visual implementation
