UX Writer Intern (Product KiotViet)

We are looking for UX Writer Intern to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
UX Writing (60%)

Analyze and plan the content flows for all KiotViet services & products: Selling, Purchasing, Inventory and Store Management;
Draft and edit content for interface: Feature names, buttons, notifications, instructions...;
Support team in building product glossary to ensure naming alignment for KiotViet ecosystem;

UX Development (40%)

Analyze user needs and behaviors; Research competitors or best practice UX patterns;
Collaborate with UI Designers and Product Owners to design and guide user behavior and experience.

Requirements and skills

Highly detail- oriented and analytical about what makes things better;
Fluent in Vietnamese and English;
Candidate with Content/Design experience is a plus.
