Assist in maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
Support in preparing in- depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with Head.
Assist in building and maintaining client relationships in the business line.
Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
Literacy, for writing reports and presentations.
Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi- task.
Business- related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Study in Real Estate, Finance, Economics (3rd year or 4th year student).
Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Good teamwork, analytical and problem- solving skills.
