Job Description:
• Daily operation of LazLive in terms of stream set up, trouble shooting.
• Closely monitor livestreaming business performance and on- going initiatives, weekly reporting on
business performance and insights.
• Build and maintain relationship with key talents, brands and vendors
• Traffic planning & steering for shows/channel in campaigns
• Initiate new ideas to improve in- app livestreaming shows metrics
• Design initiatives and programs to improve Lazada livestreaming user adoption and business
• Conduct LazLive product training and develop creative assets for Livestreaming.

• Work closely with cross- function teams – product, commercial, traffic to ensure end to end

• Work closely with product managers to identify opportunities for improvement of Lazlive.
• Conduct market research to gather learnings & implications on users and competitors.
Requirements:
• Have a strong affinity for hands- on execution, problem- solving, and ability to multi- tasking.
• Experience in content creation, livestreaming & product marketing preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to work independently, strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor Degree;
