Vendor Acquisition Executive (BD) - Cross Border

Primary Focus – Vendor Acquisition/Business Development (70%)
• Build, manage, and prioritize a high- quality pipeline of clients/partners and opportunities aligned with business growth.
• Own the acquisition and development of key client brands for Cross- Border TikTokShop US.
• Lead collaboration with logistics, fulfillment, payment, social commerce marketing, and technology partners to structure pricing models and client quotations.
• Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership structuring with external clients/partners.
Project Setup & Business Model Development (Initial Phase- 30%)
• Work with Business, Operations, Marketing SOCOM, and Finance teams to design,validate, and refine cross- border business models.
• After model stabilization, transition to full ownership of Vendor Acquisition/Business Development
• Ensure partner readiness and smooth transition from project setup to operational execution.
• Actively participate in cross- functional project teams during the setup phase of cross- border initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven experience working with external clients/partners and building commercial models or quotations.
• 2- 4 years of experience in Business Development, Vendor Acquisition, Partnerships, or related roles.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Proficient in English (for working with international partners)
• Background in Cross- Border eCommerce, Social Commerce, or TikTok ecosystem is a strong advantage.
