Video Production Manager (Tik Tok)

Conduct in- depth market research to identify trends and incorporate them into media production strategies.
Collaborate with KOCs to ensure that video content, including script, wardrobe, and set design, aligns with the planned narrative.
Oversee, allocate, and schedule tasks for Production team members to ensure high- quality output and timely delivery.
Collaborate with other teams to execute communication and advertising plans, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and high effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to TikTok&039;s technical and content standards.
Ensure that the entire Production team meets established KPIs and performance metrics.
Plan and manage the effectiveness of the team&039;s work, ensuring optimal productivity and output.
Monitor and manage content creation, production schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and report on project progress.
Work with relevant stakeholders to create and refine video scripts and storyboards.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Receive and address video production requests from various departments and team members.
Actively participate in the video shooting and editing process, ensuring high- quality technical execution and adherence to creative standards

At least 5 years of experience in media production, with a proven track record in team management and hands- on project execution.
Strong creativity and trend- awareness with the ability to adapt quickly to industry changes.
Experience in directing, shooting, and editing media projects with a focus on technical quality.
Strong understanding of technical standards and best practices for TikTok, including format specifications, trends, and platform requirements.
Proficient in video editing software including Capcut, Premiere, and After Effects.
Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and development.
Proficient in using video production equipments.
