Job descriptionProactively follow up with clients and on mandates with the customers.
Follow up on the progress of the work (team/project), provide guidance on project initiatives and communicate statuses to project stakeholders on a regular basis, ensure the quality of communication (frequency, adaptation based on the context and product, etc.)
Along with Production Leader, determine the resources required (availability, skills) and ensure project knowledge to be transferred.
Regularly report on the status of the projects, predict risks, issues and scopes when needed.
Define the processes of system quality improvement, implement the best practices and relevant techniques.
Define and apply best management methods and practices and take part in the implementation.
Lead the Development Team with Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Facilitate Agile rituals efficiently and strictly.
Build a successful and healthy Development Team.
Take part in the implementation of appropriate methodologies for effective project management that meet quality standards and deadlines.
Manage and maintain the product development, the sprints and backlogs.
Job requirementStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum process in particular.
Software development experience or insights.
Project Management training/certification (i.e. PMP, CSM, Prince2) is preferred.
Has experience in SAAS environment.
Good skills and knowledge of prioritization, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, increasing transparency
Good in verbal and written English or Japanese.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in IT, Information Science, Business, or Computer Science.
Audience- aware communication skills that enable you to have technical discussions with developers as well as discussions with end- users who are not technically savvy.
Humble confidence- a good passion for IT software
Ability to compromise and understand that “Perfect is the Enemy of Good”.
Minimum of 2 years experience in role Project Manager.
