In this role, you will:
Ensure data integrity and maintain CRM data cleanliness.
Train and onboard team members to optimize their use of HubSpot tools.
Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales tools.
Provide first- level support to about 70 users, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance.
Serve as the liaison between business teams and developers: Translate business requirements into technical specifications; Collaborate on integrating HubSpot with other systems via APIs; Test and validate custom plugins and integrations.
Design and maintain workflows, automation processes, sequences, and reports.
Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest HubSpot features, digital marketing trends, and CRM best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
What will you bring:
2+ years experience in HubSpot administration (CRM configuration, workflows, reporting, and sequences).
Basic technical understanding: Familiarity with APIs, including reading documentation and understanding endpoints; Ability to test and validate technical solutions.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of project management and marketing automation tools (a plus).
Experience collaborating with developers to implement technical solutions.
