Job Description
• Monitor status of network infrastructure and IT services
• Troubleshooting about computer, printer and network (LAN/WAN/DNS,DHCP,WINS)
• Help desk Operation, help desk orther department (hardware,software)
• Resolve problems of end user
• Support for Office applications such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Access,Ms. Outlook, Acrobat, …
• Setup the the printer, scaner, fax, …
• Co- ordinate and monitor IT services of external vendors, network providers and Service to ensure that they meet the service level requirements
• Manage the requests raised by user to Help Desk.
• Perform the pre- assigned system operation task by the Infrastructure Team. This may include tape rotation for the backup activities, regular status diagnostic and reporting, and alarm monitoring and alerting
• Backup the Data and check for the update or virus scanning .
• installation and support of Windows server, windows 7…
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Firewalls / NAT Policy
• Implementing, managing, monitor, and maintaining a Server (Windows).
• Take care of the support and the general maintenance on office equipment
Requirements
• Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, Bachelor&039;s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Vietnamese
• Qualification and Experience Requirement
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full- Time position(s) available.
