Involved in the recruiting of project staff
Manage projects’ scope and timeline
Control schedule and monitor team
Daily manage offshore team activities including daily meetings, planning meetings, issue resolve meeting
Work on a Japanese customer, English Customer, Vietnamese Customer project
Work closely with the Leader and TA (if any) to clarify Requirements and Expectations and propose Solutions.
Define project productivity, follow up and track these metrics
Report for direct manager in detail
Training and guiding your team members
Motivate team members
Requirements
Experience/Knowledge Requirements
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Backlog
Fundamental knowledge of software development and experience in engineer or business analyst role.
Having Salesforce related knowledge will be advantageous
Project management certification in PMP, PgMP, or similar will be advantageous
At least 2 years of experience in project management or related experience is preferred.
Experience in project management within the EC- Site, Web Application, Mobile Application...
Skill Requirements
Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, is a must
Ability to cultivate influence through personal competence and personality
Good English communication skills will be advantageous
Strong task management and process monitoring skills, with flexibility in problem- solving
Effective problem- solving skills. Demonstrated a sense of urgency, problem- solving, and attention to detail
Ability to build teams and train team members, be able to understand driving factors that motivate team members and implement appropriate methods to enhance their motivation
Strong critical thinking and logical thinking skills
