■Job description
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Work with Japanese CEO to understand their needs and identify qualified candidates
- Plan, improve, analyze, propose, agree on, and responsibly promote recruitment

Report to: Japanese CEO Career path: HR Manager

■Requirement
- Leadership skill (experience as leader)
- Graduated from University
- Experience in recruitment in the IT field (at least 2 years)
- From 5 years of experience recruiting or working for agency/headhunt
- Good at English OR Japanese N2
- Female, 30~35 years old

■Working time: Mon- Fri: 9h00- 18h00; (hầu như team back office làm full trên office)
