Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery & Execution:
- Proactively manage interdependences across workstreams, vendors and parallel initiatives.
- Ensure programmes deliver measurable business outcomes, not just technical milestones.
- Own the end- to- end delivery of one or more large scale transformation programmes, from initiation through to benefits realization.
- Translate global and regional strategics to country specific execution plans.
Governance, Risk & Control
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations, audit requirements and risk management standards.
- Provide accurate, transparent reporting on programme status, financials, risks and outcomes to country and regional leadership.
- Identify, asses and actively manage programme risks, issues and dependencies; drive timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Establish and maintain strong programme governance, including steering committees, stage gates and escalation mechanisms.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Own programme budgets, forecasts and financial controls, ensuring disciplined cost management and value delivery.
- Manage internal and external resources including programme teams, vendors and system integrators.
- Drive alignment between country and region; business and technology stakeholders to ensure shared ownership of outcomes.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
Having at least 5 years experience as IT programme Manager or IT programme Director.
English: At least Upper- Intermediate level.
Strong track record of delivering programmes involving technology, process and organisational change.
Deep understanding of programmer governance, risk management and financial controls.
Strong delivery mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
15+ years in IT banking technology and proven experience in leading large scale, complex transformation programmes in a bank.
