Responsibilities:

Deliver online Math lessons based on BrightCHAMPS curriculum and guidelines
Help students develop logical thinking, problem- solving skills, and a strong foundation in Mathematics
Monitor students’ learning progress and provide feedback after each class
Teach students in 1- on- 1 or small group online classes using the company’s platform
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure teaching quality and student engagement

Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:

College or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors:
Teaching experience (as a tutor, teaching assistant, or teacher, etc.) is an advantage.
Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Mathematics Education, Mathematics–Information Technology, Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Technology, etc.), English Language, English Teaching, or related fields.

Attitude & Professional Qualities:

Possesses strong professional ethics as an educator.
Own laptop or desktop with webcam and noise- cancelling headset
Loves working with children and has a passion for teaching.
Available to teach at least 15–20 hours per week, preference given to candidates who can teach full days on Saturdays and Sundays.
Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Ownership of a pen tablet is a strong plus, as it helps optimize instruction and student engagement in math classes.
Demonstrates a long- term commitment to the teaching profession.

Working Hours (Flexible)

Saturday & Sunday: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Monday – Friday: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
