[Vinpearl Head Office] Sales Manager

• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
• Support the HOD in preparing the department budget as well as the hotel&039;s overall sales goals and strategy
• Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and catering clients
• Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan
• Responsible for prospecting for new business, while maintaining and nurturing existing customers and accounts
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities

• Vietnamese national
• Interpersonal skills as well as the will and ability to cooperate with people from other departments and managerial levels
• At best, practical experience in a similar position
• Min: 3 years of experience in hotel sales for a major hospitality chain
• Languages: English is a must, Chinese is recommended
• Degree in business, marketing or any other related field
