VIP Lounge Manager

ROLES:
· Lead VIP Lounge team in delivering top- notch F&B services to VIP customers visiting the lounge and luxury stores within the mall
· Responsible for managing the VIP Lounge&039;s day- to- day operations, venue leasing, ensuring impeccable service, and driving sales and satisfaction to VIP clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership:
- Provide training and guidance to ensure high- quality service standards are met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage and lead a team of personal shoppers and VIP Lounge concierge staff.
Customer Experience:
- Oversee F&B services in the lounge, coordinating with the culinary team to maintain high- quality offerings.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure an exceptional and personalized experience for VIP customers.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Actively seek out and secure clients for venue leasing under the VIP Lounge.
- Explore opportunities to cross- promote and enhance sales within the luxury stores.
- Drive sales with personal shoppers to meet the needs and preferences of VIP customers.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brands within the shopping mall.
- Collaborate with store managers and teams to optimize the delivery of F&B services.
- Explore potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance the VIP Lounge&039;s offerings.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day- to- day operations of the VIP Lounge, ensuring seamless coordination between F&B services, personal shopping, and concierge services.
- Monitor and manage inventory, staffing levels, and overall efficiency.

Knowledge:
Luxury Retail Industry:
· Familiarity with the luxury fashion and lifestyle market to guide personal shoppers effectively.
· Familiarity with the operational dynamics of luxury shopping malls and their unique customer service expectations.
· In- depth knowledge of the luxury retail sector, including understanding of brands, trends, and customer preferences.
· Understanding of the nuances of personalized service and ability to anticipate and exceed VIP customer expectations.
Sales and Revenue Management:
· Experience in driving revenue through effective sales initiatives and partnerships.
· Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques within the luxury retail space.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury hospitality or retail sector.
· Experience in Luxury Fashion Retail is a plus.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skill/ competence:
· Innovative mindset to introduce new ideas and enhance the overall VIP Lounge experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with VIP clients, team members, and partners. Ability to convey a luxury brand image through communication.
· Ability to implement data- driven strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
· Problem- solving skills to address customer issues and operational challenges effectively.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing customer trends and industry developments.
· Ability to optimize resources, including inventory and staffing.
· Strong networking skills to attract and engage potential clients for venue leasing.
· Quick decision- making ability in high- pressure situations.
· Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the personal shoppers and VIP Lounge concierge team.
· Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills to manage day- to- day operations seamlessly.
Other requirement: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
