Guest Service & Experience

- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Assist in presenting specials and wine- pairing menus during events.
- Guide guests through the food and wine menu, offering recommendations and pairings.

Floor Operations

- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service.
- Support smooth coordination between front- of- house and kitchen teams.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.

Team Collaboration

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding guest needs and timing.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional service environment.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to deliver consistent service.

- Proven experience as a Waitress/Server, ideally in wine bars, bistros, or fine casual dining.
- Strong interest in wine and food pairings (wine training will be provided).
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced, start- up environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of service etiquette and basic food safety standards.
