Warehouse Intern

Support the warehouse team with general duties of planning, scheduling, and ordering consumables
Assist the warehouse manager in activities related to data collection, report preparation and process development for the logistics projects
Prepare the working procedures for warehouse projects, based on personal observation and following the instruction of warehouse manager
Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, labeling, packing, issuing, and receiving of goods
Provide administrative support for stock counts and stock takes
Job shadowing, in order to have a good understanding of the warehouse operations
Other tasks as assigned by Superiors
Maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of the working procedures

Accept to work overtime when required by Superiors (Certain benefits shall be provided)
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English (TOEIC 455 – 750 or equivalent) and Vietnamese
Undergraduate student, in supply chain or warehousing program is preferable
Good at Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Work Location: Tan Dong Hiep B Industrial Park, Tan Hiep Dong ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province.
Ability to understand new concepts quickly
Knowledge of Visio or Autocad is a plus
Active, hardworking, willing to learn, disciplined, careful, honest, detail- oriented
Able to work at warehouse location for at least 32 hours per week (or 4 full days), excluding weekends or holidays
