Warehouse Supervisor

* Daily operation:
Follow up plan and corordinate to related department to utilize resources to finish all operation plan.
Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target.
Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard.
Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system.
* Project developing
- Review and propose solution to improve non confirmative issue.
- Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation.
- Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
* Manpower managing
Update training content, provide initial training, and periodical training for operator of inbound, outbound operation.
Mornitor operator, DC staff ‘s operation to be comply with work instruction, job standard.
Update work instruction and working process to match new requirement from customer, or changing in company operation.
* End results
Meet customer KPI and Department KPI
Meet business target

* Education:
- Bachelor
* Professional Qualification/Certification:
- Bachelor Preferrably with Professional Certication in Warehouse or logistics
* Experience:
Have 2- 3 years of experience in distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable.
Preferably for being familiar to WMS, TMS, OMS,..
- Knowledge in inventory control and analysis is an advantage
- Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point)
English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Priority is given to candidates in Binh Duong
