Warehouse Intern Bolloré Logistics Vietnam

• Provide administrative support for stock counts and stock takes
• Prepare the working procedures for warehouse projects, based on personal observation and following the instruction of warehouse manager
• Support the warehouse team with general duties of planning, scheduling, and ordering consumables
• Assist the warehouse manager in activities related to data collection, report preparation and process development for the logistics projects
• Other tasks as assigned by Superiors
• Job shadowing, in order to have a good understanding of the warehouse operations
• Maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of the working procedures
• Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, labeling, packing, issuing, and receiving of goods

• Good at Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English (TOEIC 455 – 750 or equivalent) and Vietnamese
• Careful, honest, detail- oriented
• Ability to think critically and work independently or in groups
• Able to work at warehouse location for at least 32 hours per week (or 4 full days), excluding weekends or holidays
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly
• Active, hardworking, willing to learn, disciplined
• Knowledge of Visio or Autocad is a plus
• Undergraduate student, in supply chain or warehousing program is preferable
• Accept to work overtime when required by Superiors (Certain benefits shall be provided)
