Warehouse supervisor

· Analyze and consolidate monthly movements and inventory discrepancies for all products and materials in stock.
· Organize monthly inventories for all stored materials with assistance from production teams and the accounting department.
· Manage goods for advertising purposes.
· Supervise third- party providers in handling, storage, repacking, loading, and unloading of products.
· Report to the SYS system.
· Manage product status in accordance with current quality instructions.
· Report any food safety system- related issues to the FSMS leader.
· Assist quality team in investigating and resolving claims and complaints related to warehouse operations and customer deliveries.
· Follow internal documentation procedures for all movements.
· Conduct monthly store checks and document findings in the internal form.
· Monitor transportation during loading and unloading as per quality instructions.
· Conduct daily tracking of goods and raw materials entering and leaving the store.
· Fulfill FSMS duties as assigned in relevant detailed decisions.
· Enforce strict controls on movements to minimize quality discrepancies.
· Implement FIFO procedure for materials and finished products based on quality instructions.

· Interpersonal skills and problem- solving abilities with external vendors and related departments.
· Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
· Proficiency in Excel/PPT/BI and utilization of transportation systems and software.
· Understanding of system processes and practical warehouse operations.
· Planning skills.
· 2- 3 years of experience in managing distribution warehouse operations
· Graduated from University in the field of Transportation and Logistics.
· Proactive and enthusiastic towards work.
· Analytical and reporting skills for operational data.
