Warehouse Supervisor

Role Summary

Specific Accountabilities

Lead warehouse operations at maximized productivity along with safety and quality standards.

Proactively escalate to superior for prominent issues in warehouse operation
Develop team productivity with continuous efforts to close gaps in SOPs and to initiate improvement projects
Supervise, and motivate all team members to follow up- to- date SOPs, safety requirements, 5s and company regulations.
Respond to customer’s emails and escalations for any warehouse activities in a timely manner
Do resource planning during holiday and/or peak season
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Able to instruct/team team members processes upon daily operational tasks; ensure they’re passed down with up- to- date processes and competent to perform job requirements.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities accurately and timely
Lead the team to complete orders fulfillment within agreed TPT with safe and precise, following up- to- date SOPs.

Experience and Qualifications

Problem solving and decision- making skills
Advanced Communication and presentation skills
Good command of English
Customer – Oriented mindset
Willing to learn with can- do attitude
Leadership skills

Required Skills

At least 1- year experience of people management
University/college graduate
Experienced with SAP and WMS

Working location: Lot I2, Lane D1, High Technology Park, Tan Phu Ward, Thu Duc Dist., HCMCWorking time: from Monday to Saturday, work in shift
